Using Canva for Small Business Digital Assets
Let’s Learn Canva with Miss Ileane!
When Michael and Heather started the Tinkering With Tech community, they planned on being able to help as many folks as possible with whatever technology needs came about. What they did not anticipate was how the folks in that community would end up being helpful as well.
This week’s guest is a fine example of that helpfulness. Ileane Smith is a beautiful person on the inside and on the outside. You can count on her lovely smile, her kind hearted attitude and her extremely knowledgeable mind to get you right on track with so many topics.
If you don’t follow Miss Ileane already, you are missing out on a wealth of information! Be sure to visit her website for all she offers and connect with her on social media.
This week, Ileane is sharing with us about Canva, a graphic design platform used to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content with thousands of templates to make creating simple.
Making Simple Digital Images With Canva
A few weeks ago, when we asked “What program do you use to edit & create digital images?”, we got a couple responses from our community.
Ron Brown left a comment on the blog post, “I use Powerpoint to create Images”
Ileane Smith said backstage after the show, “I use Canva.”
It was only natural to ask Ileane to come on and demonstrate for us what is new with Canva. Specifically we asked her to show Canva off and demonstrate some of the new things people might not know about yet as well as show us how easy it is to use.
